Welcome to the page that includes the agenda and reports for the 2020 Annual Congregational Meeting. Documents may be viewed by clicking the PDF or Google DOC icon associated with them. If you have any comments, concerns, or questions about the documents (For example, a question about the financial report or the proposed budget for 2021), contact the church by email (centexmcc@earthlink.net) or by calling the church office (254-752-5331) and leaving a voice recording. We will respond to you personally and post the question and response on this page.

The Congregational Meeting will take place on November 22, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. via Zoom. The link for the Zoom event is the same as for Sunday morning worship: https://zoom.us/j/774341027.

If you aren’t able to join us for Zoom video, you can join us for an audio-only experience by calling (346)248-7799. The meeting ID is 774 341 027. Charges may apply.  If you call in, you can cast your vote by text, but votes can only be received during the meeting time on the day of the meeting. 

If you plan to cast your vote by text, please let us know in advance so we can let you know the number to which you will text your vote.
